Return

​

We accept return within 30 days from delivery date. Products returned must be not used and still in same condition as you received. If product(s) in packaging, the package must be intact.  

 

We will require proof of purchase to complete your return request.
 

Refund

​

We will send you an email to acknowledge the return request and notify you if the return is accepted and eligible for refund.

​

Refund will be processed in form of your original payment method within of 7 days on average. 

 

Items purchased on sales or discounted price are not eligible for return / refund.

Delivery fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the total amount of your eligible refund. In case the total refund amount is less than the delivery fee, we are sorry not able to proceed.

Exchange

We offer customer exchange for equivalent value on the same day of purchase. Please ensure the exchange goods are not open, removed from packaging or used.

How to return

 

To return your product, please follow these steps

1. Send us a request with your purchase proof + item to return + reason

2. Upon receipt of our email confirmation, mail your product(s) to: 11 Kimshee Way, Tuakau, Waikato District 2121.
 

Attention: 

 

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

- Please allow enough time waiting for your returned product(s) to reach our hand. The time may vary as depended on where you live. 

- If you return value above $100, please consider to use trackable courier service and add shipping insurance if possible as your protection. 

- Please provide us clear and full information about your return (attached to you return parcel) so that we can process the information without delay.
